Change Leadership 2020

As we fight our way through this pandemic crisis our lives have been thrust into the dizzying world of change. The harsh reality of what the corona virus has done to the fabric of our future can be very unsettling. That said, we must recognize that it’s up to us to create that future and not let it create us. We must “make our own weather” and we can do that by leading our way through this scenario. Sometimes individuals and businesses, both small and large, don’t know where to start or what to focus on in order to successfully implement change. Frankly, we don’t have the time or resources to dwell into the thousands of books and lectures on “change” nor the resources to hire expensive consultants to navigate our way through this.

The purpose of this introductory video is to highlight a succinct, action-oriented model on implementing change. This approach has worked well for the teams I have had the privilege of leading over the last 35 years. The introductory video will be followed with more detailed information highlighting each section in short 10-minute videos. These are designed to give you “move to action” steps you can take to be effective in the months and years ahead as you successfully lead your way into the future.  There is no fee or commitment at all on your part. I have and always will enjoy sharing what I have learned in order to help teams be successful.
